FAQ

What are the rental service hours?
Rental service is reserved for 3 hours. This does not include setup and breakdown time. Additional fees may apply for additional rental time.
How much time is needed for setup and breakdown?
We require at least 2 hours for our standard package setup and at least 1 hour for breakdown. Additional setup time may be required depending on the package.
What form of payment do you accept?
We currently take Zelle and Venmo.
Are there any auxiliary fees?
Difficult accessibility may cause auxiliary fees. If your venue/event space cannot provide at least 2 vehicles parking spots for the event, parking fess may be applied. For example, if venues with no elevator to upper level to access the event space, no available parking to unload/load, or paid parking is required will result in additional fees.
Do you offer planning or coordination services?
We currently provide decoration services only (setup and breakdown). We do not perform services such as venue scouting, vendor coordination (catering, music, etc.) as well as other details of the event.
What areas do you service?
We service the DMV Metro area. Travel fees may apply for certain locations. Please inquire for additional information.
How far in advance should I book my event?
To secure your event date, it is highly recommended to book as early as 4-6 months in advance.
